Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of image.sh. By using the service, you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least thirteen (13) years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use this service. You must use a Google account that you are authorised to use.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens through your account. Keep your Google account secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the operator immediately. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

Acceptable use

You must not upload, share, or link to any content that:

• depicts the sexual exploitation or abuse of children, in any form whatsoever;
• you do not have the rights to upload, share, or distribute;
• infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• contains non-consensual sexual imagery, including images shared with intent to harass or intimidate;
• incites violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against any group on the basis of a protected attribute;
• promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
• contains malware, exploits, phishing pages, or links to malicious resources;
• is intended to defraud, deceive, impersonate another person, or evade lawful authority;
• otherwise violates the laws of Australia or the jurisdiction from which you are using the service.

You also must not:

• attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or storage quotas;
• scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest content from the service;
• use the service to operate a high-volume commercial content delivery network, or to host content primarily intended for redistribution from another site;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our prior written consent.

We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason we judge necessary to enforce these Terms or protect the service or its users.

Your content

You retain ownership of the images you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, transmit, transcode (for example, to generate thumbnails and WebP variants), and display your images in connection with operating the service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except to the extent we have already shared it — for example, where you have shared a public link with others who may have downloaded or republished the image.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to grant this licence for every image you upload.

Reports and takedowns

If you believe content on the service infringes your rights or violates these Terms, contact the operator at the address below with the URL of the image and a description of the issue. We will review reports promptly and act on them at our discretion.

Service availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, that the service will be error-free, or that any specific feature will continue to be available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the operator be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the greater of AUD $100 or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve (12) months (which may be AUD $0).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
